If you experience any issue during a ride, you should report it within 30 days of the trip. Each request is reviewed individually based on the situation and platform policies.

Ready Taxi is a digital platform that connects riders with drivers for completed trips. By confirming a ride, you agree to the fare and service terms associated with the trip. It is the rider's responsibility to review trip details before booking.

2. What We Show You Before Booking

As a rider, you are shown the following important details before confirming your ride:

  • Estimated fare and total trip cost
  • Driver details such as name, vehicle type, and license plate number
  • Estimated arrival and travel time

3. When Am I Eligible for a Refund?

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:

  • You were charged incorrectly due to a system or technical error
  • The final fare was significantly higher than the estimated price without any route changes or added stops
  • The trip was not completed as expected or ended far from the selected destination without valid reason
  • The ride was not taken due to suspicious activity or booking issues
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors occurred during payment

4. When Am I Not Eligible for a Refund?

Refunds may not be provided in the following situations:

  • Concerns related to vehicle condition or comfort preferences
  • Driver behavior or service expectations not meeting personal preference
  • Incorrect ride selection made by the user (wrong vehicle type or booking choice)
  • Traffic delays, road conditions, or route changes due to external factors
  • Price changes caused by route modifications during the trip

For service related concerns, you may still rate the driver or report feedback to help improve service quality on the platform.

5. Resolving Your Request

You can submit a refund request or complaint directly through the Ready Taxi platform or customer support portal within 30 days of the trip.

Once your request is reviewed, eligible refunds (if approved) will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. False or Misleading Reports
